This series of 14 type studies was created for my Typography I class in Spring 2020. Every week, we would choose a typeface. Then, we would illustrate some of the characters, provide background information on the typeface, and mention any attributes it has. Illustrating the letterforms and learning about each typeface truly helped us familiarize ourselves with type and recognize what made each one unique.
In my entries, I attempted to capture the essence of each typeface with my design of the page.
